The prices of units in the New Administrative Capital are almost high, and this does not suit all categories. However, these prices are appropriate for the prices of the properties built on its land and reflect the costs spent on them.
But considering that the new administrative capital is a new city that is still incomplete and is still under construction, no defects have appeared so far. In addition to the state’s plans and goals to avoid previous defects and problems in the new cities, it appears that the administrative capital will become a fourth generation city like the modern cities in Europe and the world.
The disadvantages of the new administrative capital vary from one person to another. What some see as a problem, others may see as an advantage that can be taken advantage of.
- Therefore, we find that the administrative capital is a distinctive choice for living and investing in Egypt, as it provides a modern and contemporary environment to suit the life needs of all investors and citizens, in addition to providing diverse investment opportunities in many sectors.
